The Friday Mashup #227

Fall is definitely in the air here in Iowa.  It's my favorite time of the year even though it's telling me that colder weather is ahead.  I love the colors and am looking forward to making a couple of day trips to see some of that color when it's at its peak.  For now, it's a fall scene made using the Happy Scenes stamp set and the Hearth & Home Framelits Dies.  They are both perfect for The Friday Mashup challenge which is to create a project with pumpkins or die cuts to create a frame or mashup it up with pumpkins and die cut frames.

Stamp Set:  Happy Scenes; Inks:  Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, Tangerine Tango, Wild Wasabi; Cardstock:  Cajun Craze, Delightful Dijon, Tip Top Taupe, Very Vanilla; Accessories & Tools:  Hearth & Home Framelits Dies, Modern Label Punch (retired), Paper Snips, Dimensionals, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, SNAIL Permanent Adhesive, Stampin' Trimmer, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine.  All Stampin' Up!® product unless otherwise noted.

The theme I used is from The Friday Mashup Challenge.

  2. Nice job! I love the pumpkin accents at the bottom of your card. This would make a great M&T card with minimal and elegant coloring. Thanks for joining the Friday Mashup this week.

    1. Thanks, Heidi. It would be a good M&T. It wasn't hard to put together. The only time consuming part was cutting out those little pumpkins. :-)
