Christmas Card Challenges #16

Today may be the first day of Spring but I'm still making those Christmas cards.  I love having them all done by the time December comes around again.  This week, at Christmas Card Challenges, we have a photo challenge for you.  Come join us and show us how it inspired you.

The card base is Crumb Cake.  The snowflakes are Crumb Cake stamped in Whisper White Craft ink using the Flurry of Wishes stamp set.  To give them the appearance of hanging like ornaments, I added Silver Metallic Thread and draped them over the patterned paper from the Adventure Bound Designer Series Paper Stack.  The sentiment is also from the Flurry of Wishes stamp set.  I stamped it using Soft Suede ink and punched it out using the Modern Label Punch.  To finish it off, I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

For all the challenge details and to share your project, visit Christmas Card Challenges.  We'd love to have you join us.

    1. Thanks, JoAnn. The silver cord is so thin, I think I should have added a couple of more strands of it so it would show up better.
