Watercooler Wednesday Challenge #144 - Penny's "All About Birthdays" Challenge

    What a great birthday card you made at that event, Marsha. I don't blame you for your excitement whenever Taylored Expressions puts on classes or special events. Great colours! And I, too, love those curly die-cuts.
