WWC160 - Heidi's Feminine "Anything Goes" Challenge

Hello to everyone!  It's time for another Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  This week Heidi is hosting our Feminine "Anything Goes" challenge.  What I've created is called a Greeting Card Organizer and I made it using product that was given to me by a sweet friend and I had not idea what to do with it.  This organizer was the perfect way to use this up as I've been trying to use up some of my stash.  The video tutorial I followed is from Maymay Made It Crafts and you can find it HERE.

The months are die cut using the Months of the Year Dies from My Favorite Things.  I've had it for quite some time so I'm not sure it is still available.

And now, here is what the full organizer looks like.  The pockets will hold cards and envelopes.

For all of our challenge details and to share your project, visit the Watercooler Wednesday Challenge by clicking the image below.  We’d love to have you join us.  You have until Monday, March 12th at 6:00 p.m. Central Daylight Saving Time to link up your project.

  1. I love the way you've created that organizer, Marsha! And the wonder is that you created it from scratch, actually making everything about it yourself, including that spring binding. Love the colours, especially that beautiful script in the background of your front cover. It provides a lovely "canvas" onto which you've added those lovely embellishments. The inside is no less beautifully done. This is obviously a creation of love. The recipient can't help but be thrilled with it.

    1. Thanks, Heidi! It was a fun project and so easy. I'm thinking perfect Christmas gifts for my daughters-in-law.

  2. These card holders would make super great gifts for friends on their birthdays. I know a few of mine that would like them. Yours is gorgeous from the beautifully embellished floral cover to consistency of the inside pages. These were beautiful papers and how nice that you were able to bring them out of the stash drawer and create such a worth while project. Thanks for the link to this great video tutorial Marsha, I think I'll be creating with it too.
