I Love Stampin' Up!'s Card Stock!

All you need to do is pick up a piece of Stampin' Up!® card stock and you know there is none other that can compare.  It's thick, it's dyed all the way through so there's no white core and their exclusive colors are gorgeous.  Our card stock is acid free and lignin free so it's great for scrapbooking.

Once you've gotten over how impressive our card stock is, you'll see that our other paper products are equally as exciting:
  • Designer Series paper. Get exclusive artwork and colors in our Designer Series paper. These packages of 12" x 12" double-sided designs are a great choice for scrapbooking.
  • On Board chipboard. We've got some of the best chipboard designs around. You'll have plenty of choices from our selection of alphabets and images no matter what your project entails.
  • Envelopes. Now that your project is finished, share the love by sending it to someone--in one of our envelopes! You'll love our coordinating colors and exclusive flap design.
  • There's more! You'll also want to check out our selection of cards & envelope sets, bags, calendars, Simply Sent card kits, and more.

I know you will love the quality and color coordination Stampin' Up!® provides as much as I.  Order some today and see for yourself.

Until we meet again...

Designer Series Paper Bliss

While looking through my demonstrator magazine, Stampin' Success, I came across a card that I like but didn't have all the elements.  So, I changed it up a bit and really like how it turned out.  I love how the colors Soft Suede and Pool Party compliment each other.  I'm hoping that the Attic Boutique will be continued in the new Annual Catalog when it premieres in June.

Stamp Set:  Bliss (retired); Ink:  Soft Suede;  Card Stock:  Soft Suede, Attic Boutique Designer Series Paper, Very Vanilla; Accessories & Tools:  Curly Label Punch, Top Note Bigz Die, Jewels Basic Pearls, Pool Party Seam Binding, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots, Big Shot

Leave a comment and let me know what you think.  On Friday, I'll have a drawing and the winner will get the card.  I'll post the winner's name on Saturday morning.

Until we meet again...

Fresh Vintage

The Fresh Vintage Stamp Set is one of my favorites from the upcoming Sale-A-Bration Catalog.  It will be available January 24th.  For every $50 you spend, you can choose a free product from the catalog.  I say that is just fantastic!

Although it is hard to see in the photo, the background on the left side of the card is one I made using the Simply Scored Scoring Tool to make a grid.  Then, stamped the cross points with the stamps from the Fresh Vintage Stamp Set.  I love the way the Pool Party and Soft Suede colors look together.

Stamp Set:  Fresh Vintage; Inks:  Pool Party, Soft Suede; Card Stock:  Pool Party, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Attic Boutique Designer Series Paper; Accessories:  1/2" Pool Party Seam Binding, Jewels Basic Pearls, Simply Scored Scoring Tool

Tomorrow's card will feature one of the sets from our Occasions Mini Catalog.  So, be sure to check back.

Until we meet again...

A Week Full Of Birthdays

For the last two days, I've been working on birthday cards for three of my grandsons.  Their birthdays follow one right after the other.  A tradition I started a few years ago, was to take the birthday boy or girl out to dinner at a real, sit down restaurant of their choice.  Since I don't eat fast food, I don't allow that as an option.  :-)  After dinner, we go shopping.  I let them pick out their own gift.  That's right!  There is method to that madness.  By doing so, I know it is something that they want and will like.  For those grandchildren who live in other states, I just send them a check and they get to spend it on something they want.  So far, it has worked out well.

So, for today's post, I'm sharing Devin's card.  His birthday is today and he is now eleven.  If all goes well, he will spend Friday night with me and I'll take him out to dinner and a movie.  On Saturday, we'll go gift shopping before I take him home.  I'm really looking forward to it!

Stamp Sets:  Outlined Occasions, Swirls & Curls Verses (retired); Ink:  Soft Suede; Card Stock:  Marina Mist, Soft Suede, Attic Boutique Designer Series Paper, Glossy White, Red Glimmer Paper, Whisper White; Accessories:  Big Shot, Peekaboo Frames Bigz L Die, Hearts Collection Framelits, Vanilla Scented Stampin' Emboss Powder, Embossing Buddy, waxed paper, Modern Label Punch, Word Window Punch

Devin is my on his way to computer guru and a game player.  Put him in front of a video game and he will play it for hours.  It will be interesting to see what he selects for his gift.

Until we meet again...
