Sunday Christmas Card Challenges #52

It's Sunday and that means a new Christmas Card Challenge.  This week's optional challenge is a Christmas tree inspired by the inspiration photo.  I saw this tree made from hearts quite some time ago and have always wanted to give it a try.  I don't remember the original designer's name, but I do thank her for her inspiration.  It's one of the cards we made in my last Christmas card class.  Clean, simple and just plain cute.

Stamp Sets:  Heard from the Heart (retired), Pennant Parade (retired); Inks:  Old Olive, Real Red; Card Stock:  Whisper White, Old Olive, Real Red; Accessories & Tools:  Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack, Owl Builder Punch, Linen Thread, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Glue Dots, Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Sunday Christmas Card Challenge #34

Hello and welcome to this week's Sunday Christmas Card Challenge.  It's all about cookies.  And, yes, this is my version of a cookie.  :-)  It was made using a mixture of Sparkle Mod Podge and Cherry Cobbler Re-inker for the frosting.  Then, accenting each scallop with a White Enamel dot.  I wasn't sure what to put in the center of my cookie but I rather like the little Christmas tree.

Stamp Sets:  Pennant Parade (retired), Teeny Tiny Wishes; Inks:  Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso; Card Stock:  Garden Green, Whisper White, Merry Moments (retired); Accessories & Tools:  Circles Collection Framelits, Petite Pennants Builder Punch, Sparkle Mod Podge, White Enamel Accents (Ranger), Mini Glue Dots, Dimensionals
All Stampin' Up!® Product unless otherwise noted.

My Christmas Tree

I love my little pre-lit tree.  The skirt is wrapper around and looks just a Christmas package.  Each year I add new ornaments that I've received as gifts.  This year I added two cute stockings, a red and while bird and my own Joy ornament.  Now all I have to do is wait for Santa to visit.  I wonder what he will bring me this year?
