Soaring Birthday Plane

It has turned out to be a very busy day for me but I wanted to share this guy card I made for one of the tenants who lives in my building.  I'm always on the lookout for a new challenge and I found The Male Room Challenge.  With three sons, seven grandsons and all those with birthdays here at my apartment building, I make a lot of masculine cards.

One of the things I'm trying to do is perfect creating scenes with stamps, paper and ink.  The more I practice, the better I hope to get at it.  It's fun as I get to use more than one stamp on a card.

Stamp Sets:  In the Meadow, Sky is the Limit; Inks:  Early Espresso, Marina Mist, Old Olive, So Saffron, Soft Suede, Smoky Slate; Cardstock:  Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Whisper White

I've entered this card in the current The Male Room Challenge.  I had hoped to try out for the Design Team but I didn't submit for last week as I just found the challenge today so I'll try again another time.  For all the challenge details, click on the image below.
