When I started to add the Blackberry Bliss Baker's Twine, it was originally just going to be a couple of rows tied off with a bow. For some reason I couldn't get my fingers to cooperative so I nixed the bow and braided three strands of the twine. It doesn't show up well in the photo but it really does look neat. I think next time I'm going to try a braid using three different colors.

Hi Marsha, some of my favourite cards have been created in exactly that way: they've just grown from some colours I began using or some other bit of inspiration. I love the way the human mind works. Yours has worked overtime to create this wonderful card. Love all the little bits and pieces that make it so unique. The Blackberry Bliss twine and buttons are just perfect, as are the feathers. You've done a terrific job interpreting the sketch. Thanks so much for joining us for the Paper Craft Crew Challenge this week.ReplyDelete
