Watercooler Wednesday Challenges #57

Deborah has chosen a have a fantastic sketch for this week's Watercooler Wednesday ChallengeBirthday cards are a big thing for me since I provide a card for each resident in my apartment building.  With a new month started, this sketch made for a very pretty card.

The card base is Mossy Meadow.  I do love that color of green.  Then, I added a layer of Mint Macaron and added a smaller layer of Mossy Meadow over that.  The strips of color are from the Botanical Gardens Designer Series Paper.  Over that is a another layer of Mint Macaron.  The small flowers on the left are actually from the Botanical Gardens Designer Series Paper, too.  They are on the flip side of the Cajun Craze printed paper.  The die from the Botanical Builder Framelits Dies is a perfect fit.  The branches of leaves and the flower in the center of the card are made using the Botanical Builder Framelits Dies.  The sentiment is from the Butterfly Basics stamp set and stamped using Mossy Meadow.  The the center of each flower and the dot on the "i," I added Pearl Basic Jewels.

Now it's your turn!  We'd love to see how this great sketch inspired your next project.  This challenge closes on Monday, March 7th at 1:00 p.m. Central Time.
