WWC235 - Marsha's Masculine "Anything Goes" Challenge

With plenty of birthdays coming up for me in the next few months, here is one that will go to one of my grandsons.  The panel is a pre-printed one that comes in a pack from Taylored Expressions.  I colored it using Copic Markers.  The stars and circles are Cookie Monster Enamel Dots also from Taylored Expressions.
