Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #236

Hello and welcome to this week's sketch from the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.  Just a few more Thanksgiving cards and I'll have all that I need to get ready to send out.  As Autumn is my favorite time of the year, I stamped and colored some pumpkins for this design.  The Bushel of Blessings stamp set and dies from Taylored Expressions is one of my favorite Fall sets.  What can I say?  I love pumpkins!

Stamp Set:  Bushel of Blessings (Taylored Expressions); Copic Sketch Markers:  YG11, YG13, YG17, YR07, YR09; Inks:  Black Soot Distress Ink - sentiment (Tim Holtz), Peekaboo Peach - stripes, Tuxedo Black Memento; Cardstock:  Peekaboo Peach, Sugar Cube (Taylored Expressions), Other:  Bushel of Blessings Dies, Hemp Twine, Weathered Embossing Folder (Taylored Expressions), Stamping Mask Paper

Birthday Wishes for Taylored Expressions

Today, I'm once again playing along with the Taylored Expressions 9th Birthday Sketch Challenge.  I just had to get one more card in before the challenge ends.  For this one, I went with more of a Fall theme as it feels quite like Fall today.  And, I love that Bushel of Blessings stamp set and the matching dies.  It's been a while since I've done any coloring with my Copic markers so I'm a wee bit rusty.  Well, let's face it, I'm still a novice and just need lots more practice.

Tomorrow I plan to attend the 9th birthday celebration and it's also the day she shows off the new products that will be released on Thursday.  It's so much fun to have her just a few miles away so I can attend events that she sponsors.  Life is good!

Stamp Sets:  Bushel of Blessings (Taylored Expressions), Zinnia Bouquet - sentiment (Taylored Expressions); Copic Sketch Markers:  E33, E37, E39, V12, V15, V17, Y17, YG11, YG13, YG17, YR07, YG09; Ink:  Tuxedo Black Memento; Cardstock:  Delightful Dijon, Whisper White; Patterned Paper:  Golden Grove Paper Pad (Kaiser Craft); Other:  Bushel of Blessings Dies, Nuvo Golden Harvest Glitter Drops (Tonic), Stitched Oval Stacklets (Taylored Expressions), Weathered Embossing Folder (Taylored Expressions)

Bushel of Blessings

Autumn is my favorite time of the year and I found two challenges that were an inspiration for the card I made for today.  I've been using up card bases left over from different events I had in days past.  It's a good way to deplete my supply of colors that have retired.  And, I absolutely love that Bushel of Blessings stamp set and Bushel of Blessings Dies from Taylored Expressions!  I've been looking for a long time for a great pumpkin set and I think I've finally found it.  I'm happy now!  :-)

Stamp Set:  Bushel of Blessings (Taylored Expressions); Inks:  Rich Razzleberry, Tuxedo Black Memento, Variety of Copic Markers; Cardstock:  Peach Parfait, Rich Razzleberry, Shimmery White, Twelve Days of Christmas Patterned Paper (Graphic 45); Other:  Bushel of Blessing Dies (Taylored Expressions), Chicken Wire Embossing Folder (Taylored Expressions), Gold Sequins, Pearl Basic Jewels

The sketch I used is from the Share Joy Challenge.  For all the challenge details and to share your project, click the image below.
