Swirly Sun

When I sat down at my craft table, I had no idea what I was going to do.  All I knew was that I wanted to use the new Swirly Bird stamp set and the new Swirly Scribbles Thinlits Dies.  Letting new stamps and dies just lay around makes me crazy but I've not had a lot of time to spend in the craft studio.  Nice weather seems to see me running around all over the place.

My supply of note cards was getting low and I couldn't decide what sentiment to use so this was a perfect card to add to my file.  I try to write a note to friends and family as often as I can and this will be perfect to send to one of my granddaughters.  Bright, cheerful and sunny, just like them.

Stamp Set:  Swirly Bird; Inks:  Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry, Sweet Sugarplum; Cardstock:  Daffodil Delight, Emerald Envy, Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo, Sweet Sugarplum; Accessories & Tools:  Swirly Scribbles Thinlits Dies, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Clear Wink of Stella Brush

The colors I used are from the Just Add Ink Challenge.  For all the challenge details, click the image below.

    1. Thank you, Chantell! At first, I didn't think I like the Swirly Bird and Swirly Scribbles Thinlits but I saw so many different ways you could use it that I caved and just had to get it. :-)
