Love Is In The Air

Here is another card I made to send to one of my friends or someone in my family.  It's a very simple design but I love that patterned paper.  This one happens to be one without the foil accents.  The red heart was punched from the patterned paper as the design fits perfectly with the scalloped heart punch.  It's foil but you can't really see that as it did not photograph well.

This is what the inside of the card looks like.  Since I always write a note in the cards I send, I like to leave plenty of room.

Stamp(s):  Heartfelt (Stampin' Up!)
Ink(s):  Real Red
Cardstock:  Flirty Flamingo, Whisper White (Stampin' Up!)
Patterned Paper:  From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper (Stampin' Up!)
Punch(s):  Heart Punch Pack (Stampin' Up!)

I'm linking up my card in the following challenge(s):

Thanks for stopping by,

  1. Marsha, this is such a perfect Valentine! I love the stripes behind the beautiful heart! I like to write notes in my cards, too so your inside sentiment is just right! So happy you joined my challenge at The Paper Players this week! XX

  2. Great CAS card! I too struggle with capturing the true feel of the card. I often spend more time taking the photos than creating the card! Thanks for playing with us at The Paper Players!

  3. Your Valentine card is a CAS perfection, Marsha and the interior sentiment is lovely while leaving room for your personal note! So glad you joined us at The Paper Players this week!

  4. Marsha, I just love your CAS design! It really showcases that beautiful paper and the cheerful colors so beautifully. Gorgeous! Thank you so much for joining us this week over at The Paper Players!
