It's Ron, My Schwan's Delivery Man's Birthday

Well, technically it was Sunday, January 8th, but I don't see him again until this Friday and being who I am, I didn't get it done before the date so he will get it Friday.  I also found a cute little truck template and am going to make him a truck and decorate it like his delivery truck.  I know he likes chocolate so I'm thinking a few Hershey's nuggets will be tucked inside, too!

Stamp Sets:  Motorcycle (retired), Teeny Tiny Wishes; Inks:  Jet Black StazOn,  Night of Navy; Card Stock:  Not Quite Navy, Well Worn Designer Series Paper, Watercolor Paper, Cajun Craze; Accessories:  Blender Pen, Mini Brads, Stampin' Dimensionals, Ticket Corner Punch, Modern Label Punch, Word Window Punch

I love this Motorcycle stamp and I want to thank Buffy for sharing it with me.  Every time I use it, I get a lot of compliments.  Sigh... one of these days I'm going to have to send it back to her.

So, let me know what you think.  If you like it and leave a comment and if you e-mail me with your name and mailing address, I'll make you your very own Motorcycle card and send it off to you!  A comment, an e-mail and a card.  It doesn't get any easier than that!

Until we meet again...

Cajun Craze Birthday

This is one of those cards that, once started, just took on a life of its own.  I had no idea where I was going or what I wanted to do once I committed ink to paper.  In the end, I really liked how this turned out.  It's another of the cards designed for the Come & Go Card Buffet.

Stamp Sets: Paisley Petals, Teeny Tiny Wishes; Ink:  Cajun Craze; Card Stock:  Cajun Craze, Whisper White, Not Quite Navy; Accessories:  Curly Label Punch, Stampin' Dimensionals, Dazzling Details (from the Holiday Mini), sponge dauber

Well, it's late and I have a fantastically busy day lined up for tomorrow.  The best part of tomorrow, is I get my car fixed.  The poor little thing has been sick for a while and he is now over at Dr. Mike's waiting for a new compressor transplant.  I am so thankful that my son has the ability to fix my car.  It's such a blessing to have three mighty fine sons, each with their own talents and abilities.

Blessings from Marsha
