Hope Lighthouse

It's word week at the Just Us Girls Challenge and sea is the word.  Of course, I had to use my High Tide stamp set.  It's fun to create a scene with all of the images in the set.

The design is all stamping with a wee bit of fussy cutting so I could pop up the lighthouse with some dimensionals.  The inks I used are Crushed Curry, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Dapper DenimEarly Espresso, Night of Navy, Pool Party, Sahara Sand, Smoky Slate and Wild Wasabi.  The card base is Dapper Denim and the layer is Whisper White.

The background was done using my Clarity Stencil Brushes to blend the sea and the sky.  So, what do you think?

The "sea" theme is from the Just Us Girls Challenge.  For all the challenge details and to share your project, click the image below.

  1. Oh Marsha, I love the way you've used the lighthouse and that wonderful sentiment. Beautiful card.

    1. Thanks, Heidi! Even though there isn't a die for the lighthouse, it is rather easy to fussy cut.
