Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #342

It's time for a new sketch from the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge and I had such fun with this one.  To start, I used the Bubbly Stencil to make a rainbow background for the sentiment strips from the Simple Strips-Birthday stamp set.  What doesn't show up well in the photo is the vellum circles under that cute party hat.

Punches:  2" Circle Punch, 1-3/4" Scallop Circle Punch (Stampin' Up!)

Other:  Bubbly Stencil (Taylored Expressions); Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen
