Perfect Plum on White

Well, it's late so I'm not going to make this a long post.  Tomorrow I want to be up early so I spend the day with my oldest son.  He leaves Sunday for a new job that will take him overseas and I'm not sure when I'll get to see him again.

Today's card was made using the sketch from the CAS(E) this Sketch! Challenge and the colors from the Colour Me...! ChallengePerfect Plum is such a pretty color.  I love that two-step flower stamp from Beautiful Bunch stamp set.

Stamp Sets:  Beautiful Bunch, Butterfly Basics, Lotus Blossom (sentiment); Ink:  Perfect Plum; Card Stock:  Perfect Plum, Whisper White; Accessories & Tools:  Fun Flower Punch, Pearl Basic Jewels, Dimensionals, SNAIL Adhesive

The CAS(E) this Sketch! challenge along with all the details can be found HERE.

  1. Pretty card and you blended well between the two challenges. I was at the Color Me challenge blog too, but I'm not that good with Purple tone...But maybe I'll still try for it. :)

    1. Thanks, Ren. The only color I used was the Perfect Plum. I was going to do other shades but decided to stick with one color. The flower was done by stamping off some of the Perfect Plum to give it a lighter look so that the center of the flower would show through.

  4. That flower is gorgeous! I love how the shimmer adds extra dimension against the purple background pattern.
